The Process
Floral preservation is a careful process. Here’s what to expect from start to finish.

Our Preservation Process:
Every bouquet we preserve is handled with care, intention, and respect for the memories it holds. Because no two arrangements are the same, our process is thoughtful, personal, and collaborative from beginning to end.
Delivering vs Shipping Your Flowers
You may deliver your fresh flowers to us in Hollis, ME or choose local pickup if in Southern Maine. You may also choose to ship your flowers to us fresh as soon as possible after your event, or you may dry them yourself before sending. If shipped fresh, we begin preservation immediately upon arrival.
Let Us Handle The Rest
Fresh flowers are carefully dried in silica sand over a period of approximately 3–4 weeks. This gentle method helps maintain the flowers’ natural shape, color, and delicate details far better than traditional air drying.
Preparation & Assessment
Once fully dried, every flower is gently cleaned and evaluated. This step allows us to determine how each bloom will best be used and ensures your flowers are ready for long-term preservation.
Design & Recreation
Your bouquet is then thoughtfully recreated to complement the selected resin mold’s shape and size. While the arrangement may differ slightly from the original bouquet, we focus on preserving its essence, including focal flowers, balance, and movement, to make it feel unmistakably yours.
Design Approval
Before the preservation process continues, you’ll receive a design preview email for approval. We move forward only once you feel confident and excited about the layout.
Preservation in Resin
After approval, your flowers are permanently preserved in crystal-clear resin, creating a timeless keepsake meant to be cherished for generations.
We take meticulous care in preserving your one-of-a kind keepsake and do our very best to eliminate bubbles. Sometimes tiny bubbles do form during the drying process and is natural.
Shipping your order
Once completed, we will email you with your tracking information if you choose to ship, or notify you for local pickup.
