Shipping Instructions

Dried flowers are delicate, so proper packaging ensures they arrive intact and ready for preservation.

1. Prepare the Flowers

2. Choose a Protective Box

3. Secure & Protect

Fill any empty space with tissue, packing paper, or bubble wrap to prevent shifting. Avoid placing heavy items on top.

4. Label & Ship

Mark the package “Fragile Dried Flowers”.
Ship via a reliable carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority is recommended.

5. Notify Us

Email us your tracking number so we can expect your flowers and begin the preservation process promptly.

To ensure your flowers arrive safely and in peak condition for preservation, follow these steps:

1. Prepare Your Bouquet

2. Wrap Stems & Protect Petals

Wrap the stems in a lightly damp paper towel and secure with a rubber band.
Cover the stems in plastic wrap or a sealed zip lock bag secured with rubber band to retain moisture.
Protect petals with tissue or soft paper to prevent bruising.

3. Choose a Sturdy Box

Use a box with at least 3–4 inches of space around the bouquet.
Fill the bottom and sides with crumpled paper or bubble wrap to keep the flowers from shifting.
Secure a small box (6 inch boxes work best) to the bottom center of shipping box with clear packing tape (it sticks the best to cardboard.
Cut an "X" into the center of the 6" box.
Secure bouquet stems into the cut "X" you made to ensure bouquet remains upright.
Place tissue paper around bouquet to prevent petal bruising and packing paper around bouquet to prevent movement during shipping process.

4. Label & Ship

Clearly mark the package “Fragile Fresh Flowers”.
Ship via FedEx Overnight to ensure delivery within 24 hours.
Avoid shipping over weekends which may cause delay. Monday through Wednesday shipments are recommended. DO NOT select sign on delivery.

5. Notify Us

Once shipped, email us your tracking number so we can prepare for the flowers’ arrival and begin preservation immediately.
