FAQ
When Should I Send My Flowers To You?
ASAP! Flowers should be delivered or shipped the day after your event to ensure peak color and beauty. We will arrange for bouquets to be dropped off in Hollis Center, Maine the day after your event, or shipped overnight for peak preservation. Local pickup or meetup may be arranged for a fee.
Can You Preserve Already Dried Flowers?
Absolutely! We accept fresh and already dried flowers.
How Many Flowers Should I Send?
Please deliver the entire arrangement. This will provide enough flowers for your item(s) and allow us to use the highest quality blooms.
When Will I Hear From You?
Communication is key to a great working relationship! You can expect to hear from us once we receive your flowers, where we will send a picture of your bouquet. Once dried, we will design your layout and send a picture of your proof. Once completed, you will receive an email to schedule pickup time if local, or tracking number if you choose to ship.
When Can I Expect To Receive My Finished Items?
Once we receive your flowers, turnaround is 4 months. The process takes time, here at Held In Bloom Studio, we want to provide you with the highest quality preservation possible.
Are There Size Constraints For Flowers?
The size of your chosen preservation limits some larger flowers. Depth of the designs are 2"-3" depending on your selection. We will do our best to accommodate flowers to your design.
Can You Recreate My Bouquet If I No Longer Have It?
We work with preferred local florists to recreate your bouquet to resemble that special day. Due to seasonal availability, you and the florist may decide to substitute flowers if needed.
